This place is perfect with modern rooms, super friendly staff, excellent location, and clean rooms, I can't recommend it highly enough.

The Soundproofing: I felt like I was in my own tranquil oasis, shielded from the outside world. It was like having a personal bubble of calm amidst the excitement of the city.

Neighbours Noise - Restrictions Needed.

This place had a great location near the old town and all attractions in the city center, plus it was only a short walk to the lake.

The room had a balcony which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The free in-room WiFi kept me connected throughout my stay, making it easy to plan my next adventure. The soundproofing in the double room ensured a quiet and comfortable night's sleep. The private bathroom was clean and included slippers and fresh bed linen.

Personally, I didn't care much for the city view from some of the rooms.

My husband and I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Innsbruck for two nights. The location was perfect, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and the train station. We loved the cute and well-decorated hotel, with surprisingly spacious rooms and a comfortable living area to relax in. The attention to detail in the room design, comfortable beds, and quality blankets was evident. We also enjoyed the beautiful location and the lovely view of the river and mountains. The onsite restaurant/bar was top notch and served delicious food and drinks. We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

The room at Boutiquehotel FAKTOREI was cozy and comfortable, with a lot of attention to detail. I loved the balcony, where I could sit and enjoy the view of the city. It made me feel like I was on a relaxing vacation.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the room to be a bit lacking. But hey, some people might enjoy a bit of background noise and find it charming.
